Terms of Service

The short version. When you send us plans for a free takeoff, you confirm you're allowed to share them, and you let us use the plans and takeoff results to train and improve our AI and to feature them in videos, live streams, this website and case studies. We remove or blur names, addresses and other identifying details before showing anything publicly unless you give separate permission. Free takeoffs are a reference, so check quantities before you rely on them. The full terms below control.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to bridgeprecon.com and every form on it, including the beta waitlist, the free takeoff program and investor inquiries (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Bridge Precon ("Bridge Precon," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you submit on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

2. Invite-only beta and waitlist

The Bridge Precon application is currently invite-only and in beta testing. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a timeline or any particular features. Beta software may change, contain errors, or be paused or discontinued at any time. Any use of the application itself will be governed by the separate terms presented when you receive access.

3. Free takeoff program

  • Selection. Submitting plans does not guarantee that we will run them or deliver a takeoff. We choose projects at our discretion, including projects to feature on video or live streams, and we may decline any submission.
  • Eligibility. The free takeoff program is offered for projects located in the United States and Canada.
  • No cost. Takeoffs delivered through this program are free. There is no obligation to buy anything.
  • Reference only. Takeoffs are produced with AI tools and reviewed by our quality control team, but they are estimates. They may contain errors or omissions and are not engineering, architectural or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying all quantities, measurements and specifications against the plans and field conditions before you bid, order materials or build.
  • Delivery. Selected takeoffs are sent to the email address you provide. We do not promise a delivery date unless we confirm one in writing.

4. Your submissions and the license you give us

"Submissions" means the plans, drawings, specifications, files, links, project details and other content you send through the Site, and the takeoffs and data we create from them.

  • Your rights. You confirm that you own your Submissions or have all permissions needed to share them with us for the uses described here, and that sharing them does not violate any contract, confidentiality obligation or law. Do not submit plans you are not allowed to share.
  • You keep ownership. You keep any ownership rights you have in your Submissions.
  • License. In exchange for the free takeoff and the chance to have your project featured, you grant Bridge Precon a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable (to our service providers acting for us) license to store, copy, analyze, modify, create derivative works from, display and use your Submissions to:
    1. prepare, quality-check and deliver your takeoff;
    2. train, test, evaluate and improve our artificial intelligence models, software and services;
    3. create and publish content, including videos, live streams, social media posts, this website, marketing materials and case studies.
  • Identifying details. Before showing Submissions publicly, we remove or blur names, company names, addresses, title blocks, stamps and other identifying details, unless you give us separate permission to show them. Content shown live may be visible briefly before editing, so do not submit plans that must stay completely private.
  • AI training is lasting. Once Submissions have been used to train or improve a model, that learning cannot be fully undone. If you ask us to delete your Submissions, we will delete the stored files and stop using them for future training and new content, but we cannot remove what was already learned or recall content already published.

5. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

6. Investor inquiries

Information on the Site about investment opportunities is for general information only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment would be made only through definitive written agreements, to qualified investors, and only where permitted by applicable securities laws. Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation for you or for us. We treat investor inquiries as confidential and do not use them for AI training or public content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, malware or unlawful content; not to submit content that infringes anyone's rights; not to attempt to access non-public areas of the Site; not to interfere with the Site or its security; and not to use bots or automated tools to submit forms.

8. Our content and trademarks

The Site, including its text, images, takeoff examples, software, logos and the Bridge and Bridge Precon names, belongs to Bridge Precon or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view the Site for your own information but may not copy, scrape or reuse it without our written permission. NVIDIA and the NVIDIA Inception Program logo are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation; their appearance on the Site describes program membership and does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE, THE BETA AND ALL TAKEOFFS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGE PRECON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BIDS, MATERIAL COSTS, DELAYS OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR ANY TAKEOFF. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE FREE TAKEOFF PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Bridge Precon harmless from claims arising from your Submissions, including any claim that you did not have the right to share them, or from your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your province or state requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to Submissions made after the update; the version in effect when you submitted applies to earlier Submissions.
