Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
The short version. We collect the details you type into our forms and the plans you send. We use your contact details to reply, deliver free takeoffs, send beta updates and follow up on investor inquiries. We use submitted plans and takeoff results to train and improve our AI and to create content such as videos and case studies, with identifying details removed or blurred. We never sell your personal information. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information using the form at the bottom of this page.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Bridge Precon ("we," "us" or "our") handles information collected through bridgeprecon.com (the "Site"). It works together with our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Beta waitlist: name, email address and company name.
- Free takeoff requests: name, company name, email, phone number, project name, project location (country, state or province, city), scope of work, dates, notes, share links, and the plans, drawings and files you upload.
- Investor inquiries: name, company, email, phone number and your message.
- Questions and privacy requests: name, email and your message.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring site.
- A record of the agreements you accepted, including the date, time, IP address and version of these terms.
- If analytics or advertising tags are enabled on the Site, those tools (for example Google Analytics) may set cookies to measure visits and campaign results. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
3. How we use information
- To review your plans, prepare and quality-check your takeoff, and email it to you.
- To manage the beta waitlist and email you about beta access and product news. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To respond to investor inquiries confidentially.
- To answer questions and handle privacy requests.
- To train and improve our AI. Submitted plans, drawings and takeoff results may be used to train, test and improve our artificial intelligence models and software. We do not use your name, email or phone number to train AI models, and where practical we remove identifying details from training data.
- To create content. Submitted plans and takeoff results may be featured in videos, live streams, social media, this website, marketing materials and case studies. We remove or blur names, company names, addresses, title blocks and stamps first, unless you give us separate permission to show them.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with the law.
4. Your consent
Each form asks you to agree to these uses before you submit. For free takeoff requests, you agree specifically to the AI training and content uses described above. Where the law gives you the right to withdraw consent, you can do so using the form below. Withdrawing consent stops future use but does not affect uses that already happened, such as content already published or learning already built into a trained model.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share information only:
- with service providers that host the Site, store files, send email or provide analytics for us, under agreements that limit their use of the data;
- with members of our quality control team, who are bound by confidentiality, to check takeoffs;
- in de-identified form in public content, as described above;
- if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public;
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information stays subject to the protections in this policy.
6. How long we keep information
We keep waitlist and inquiry information while it is useful for the purpose you gave it and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it. We keep plans and takeoff data for as long as needed for AI training, quality control and content, or until you ask us to delete them. Records of consent may be kept longer to show that consent was given.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states and Canada (under PIPEDA and provincial laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, subject to the limits in section 4;
- opt out of marketing emails at any time;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
Use the form below to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by law.
8. Where information is stored
The Site and its data are hosted in the United States. If you are in Canada or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where the law may differ from your home country.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and password-protected administration to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send information that must stay completely private.
10. Children
The Site is meant for construction professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make material changes to how we use information already collected, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
12. Contact us and privacy requests
Send questions or privacy requests with this form. We reply by email.
